I have always liked my relationship with Wellesley VW and used it exclusively for my 2021 Beetle since I moved to Natick in 2016. Always a good experience. They quoted me a price for a repair and it was incorrect. They ended up charging me the price they quoted and not the higher price. That's solid. I had the opposite happen at ano repair and it was incorrect. They ended up charging me the price they quoted and not the higher price. That's solid. I had the opposite happen at another dealership, for my wife's car, and they definitely weren't as professional and courteous as Wellesley VW. I have at least 3 other VW dealership closer to me but make the drive out for service when it's needed. More
