Incredibly disappointed in our experience.
We dropped our SUV off at 9am Tuesday explaining we beleive the transmission fluid would need replaced after some hard shifting we were experiencing.
We dropped our SUV off at 9am Tuesday explaining we beleive the transmission fluid would need replaced after some hard shifting we were experiencing. We also asked for a standard oil change to be done and replacing the break pads. We were told 24-48 hours. At 2pm Wednesday we had heard no follow up so we called for an update. We spoke to Daniel Danzen who told us transmission issues take up to a week for just a diagnosis and up to another week to repair. When asked if we could schedule a better time so we are not without a car for 2 weeks we were told no. I asked if at least the oil change and break pads were done so we could pick it up and schedule a time when we were prepared to be without our car for two weeks and they told us nothing was done. The car sat in the lot for over 24 hours without anyone looking at it. I've had to depend on rideshares during this time. We wanted the quality experience of a dealership working on our car and could have got better service at any corner lot. I urge you guys to not make appointments available if your not able to fulfill them in a timely manner.
