I purchased a used car in April from Joseph Chevrolet on Colerain Ave and the experience was good the salesman was very helpful and insightful there was a issue with the car that had a bumper to bumper Colerain Ave and the experience was good the salesman was very helpful and insightful there was a issue with the car that had a bumper to bumper warranty and those issues were not covered my salesman attempted to resolve my issue to no avail so I spoke with the General Manager and his Professionalism was amazing and his response to my problem was a testament to the Joseph Chevrolet Organization that you don’t get from other dealership around the county of Hamilton County. My issue was immediately resolved by the General Manager. Joseph Chevrolet Organization is a first class organization that from my experience with them and the leadership under Philip Dorger will continue to operate in the highest levels of professionalism and customer care and integrity.
