My wife and I moved to Tampa from Pittsburgh for permanent residency in Florida. We literally knew no one in Florida until of course we met Karl. I called several dealerships in an effort to purch permanent residency in Florida. We literally knew no one in Florida until of course we met Karl. I called several dealerships in an effort to purchase a Range Rover, but I had less than enthusiastic responses. I just kept hearing excuses or low expectations from salespeople. I get the car market has been hit hard right now with supply chain, etc.. but C'mon. That of course changed when I called and Karl picked up the phone. The optimist, he convinced me to come in, meet him and look around. That day we built the RR I wanted with ease, now the only issue is when should we expect delivery. During a difficult car market, Karl kept me updated every week without fail and pushed to ensure I stayed slotted in line to get our car built. We expected to get our car in late December but it came in mid October. I can say, since that first day Karl has gone above and beyond to provide the best car experience I have ever had. My wife and I had some logistical issues with travel, etc.. Karl delivered the car to us an hour away and then spent a couple hours with me to make sure I understood how to operate it. All of this while in a Dog the Bounty Hunter Halloween costume, as he was heading to a Halloween party after he dropped the car. Only Karl could pull that off and still be absolutely professional. Long story but to make it short.. went to jaguar and saw the car I wanted to purchase. I put a sizable deposit down. And then ran into some family problems and could not get the car and was delighted to kno the car I wanted to purchase. I put a sizable deposit down. I then went back a month later to purchase the car and Karl Peterson made my experience quick & stress-free! Never no pressure! Mr. Peterson even went as far as retrieving a sentimental CD out of my Cadillac that he had to take to the dealership to retrieve and then was kind enough to mail it to me! Thank you Karl Peterson! I will definitely buy my next car from you!!!! More

Karl did a great job of keeping me up to date as my vehicle was being built. Given current conditions, it was a three-month process, but Karl set very reasonable expectations, and the car was actually vehicle was being built.
