Joe Christy made the impossible possible! What can I say about Joe...we couldn't find the exact model and options for my ES300h. We thought it would have to be built from the factory which would have been 6 weeks away. I was willing to wait but not even 48 hours after talking with Joe in person, he called with the great news! He found exactly what I wanted. Talk about good sales and customer service! Literally 48 hours after that amazing phone call, i was driving away in my car! Everyone I dealt, Joe with Karl and Adam was amazing too! This team is a pleasure to work with them on my first Lexus experience! I will buy all my vehicles from them!
