Just a bad experience overall. Purchased a new vehicle that had been used as a demo. The dealership would not make any concession on price. Grossly undervalued my trade in so I had to sell that myself. Sa that had been used as a demo. The dealership would not make any concession on price. Grossly undervalued my trade in so I had to sell that myself. Salesman had to attend a mandatory meeting while we waited and we heard the sales manager yelling and cursing, insulting the sales staff with name calling with the door open and 10 feet from where we were sitting. The car was damaged in multiple areas including a broken tire belt, a dented wheel, a large group of scratches on the front bumper and damaged dirty seat leather. None of this was identified by the dealership. I had to find it myself the day after delivery when it was light outside. This is not what one would expect when paying $80,000 for a vehicle. Sales and service department seemed annoyed that they had to address the issues. Never received and apology or even a follow up to make sure everything was ok. Terrible experience. More

Karl was extremely helpful and his follow up with me has been spot on. Financing the car through you all was seamless and I received a better rate than that from my bank. Only issue I have had to date was w been spot on. Financing the car through you all was seamless and I received a better rate than that from my bank. Only issue I have had to date was with hooking up the XM radio. Still not connected and have been told I need to go to the dealer to get the issue addressed. More

He explored all avenues and was able to find my Q5 in the exterior/interior combo that met my needs and wants. It was coming off the service loaner fleet with only @2300 miles. So I am now the proud owner of a 2020Q5 and I absolutely love it. More

Absolutely amazing experience!! I’ve been been to terrible car dealerships before that are straight up nightmares. But here they are inviting and are willing to work with you to get the best price fo terrible car dealerships before that are straight up nightmares. But here they are inviting and are willing to work with you to get the best price for your vehicle. No hassle, always kind. I finally found a car after looking for a month and the experience made it worth it. I got a great deal and was able to drive that car the same day!!! I just bought a new Audi (well it was a dealer demo) from Karl and Devon Audi. From first test drive to final pricing the experience was transparent and painless. That probably isn't fair as painless is a Karl and Devon Audi. From first test drive to final pricing the experience was transparent and painless. That probably isn't fair as painless is a low bar and Devon Audi did well. The communication was prompt but never pushy. Pricing was quick and clear and the exchanges to settle on a price were clean and documented. Trade-in process was easy too. Once we got to a deal, the process was effortless. No final meeting with Sales Manager for one last pricing volley. No need to talk to a trade-in assessor. No separate back and forth with a financing specialist (just email). Avoided the usual paperwork with online document signing. All done and very happy. Karl made what is already a great process even better. More

Great and constant communication from Karl during the shutdown. We had a signed buyers order prior to the shutdown for a vehicle in Maine...logistical challenges were overcome and we were able to finally shutdown.
