My husband decided to surprise me with a Camaro for my birthday. When we got to the dealership Karrie had the car waiting with balloons, flowers, and a big red bow. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The guys in the service center did an awesome job with the detail. The purchase went very smoothly. I called the dealership and Karrie answered. I explained this was my first time buying a car, and she explained the process to me and was there every step of the way. She had the PERFECT car (ex I explained this was my first time buying a car, and she explained the process to me and was there every step of the way. She had the PERFECT car (exactly what I was looking for, within budget) pulled up front an hour after I called. I was able to trade in my vehicle from start to finish within a matter of one hour thanks to Karrie! And oh by the way, did I mention she was also taking care of multiple guests at the same time and giving us all incredible service?? Her ability to listen to her guests and take swift action to meet those needs is unmatched! She even went out of her way to make sure every detail of the car was perfect and followed up to make sure I loved it! She is a diamond in the rough in the world of customer service and I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to work with her!!! More
