I contacted the dealership regarding a used Lexus they just got in on trade. Karrie promptly replied via email. I informed her of my interest in the car and she told me they were in the process of servici just got in on trade. Karrie promptly replied via email. I informed her of my interest in the car and she told me they were in the process of servicing and cleaning the vehicle. Later the next day Karrie sent me a video walk around the car which was very nice. Needless to say, we agreed upon a price and I purchase it. Karrie was very knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend her as she was a pleasure to work with. More

She does her best to find the car you want. Excellent communication, you do not have to call her about something being done because she has already handled it and is calling to inform you. My wife and I went to Paramount Hyundai to look at an older vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not work out for us to purchase the vehicle. After taking some information from me, Karrie agreed to keep her ey older vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not work out for us to purchase the vehicle. After taking some information from me, Karrie agreed to keep her eye out for what I was looking for. She called me a few days later to follow up and tell me about another vehicle in my price range. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to hold off on looking at it. I ended up purchasing elsewhere, but I appreciate Karrie for being willing to help. She could've just forgot about me after I left the dealership, but she did not. I would certainly work with her again in the future. Thanks Karrie! More
