My wife and I went to Paramount Hyundai to look at an older vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not work out for us to purchase the vehicle. After taking some information from me, Karrie agreed to keep her eye out for what I was looking for. She called me a few days later to follow up and tell me about another vehicle in my price range. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to hold off on looking at it. I ended up purchasing elsewhere, but I appreciate Karrie for being willing to help. We had the most pleasant experience with Karrie. We came in just looking and at first I was against even test driving this Palisade but she convinced me, was not at all pushy, and I have the car of my dream in just looking and at first I was against even test driving this Palisade but she convinced me, was not at all pushy, and I have the car of my dreams after looking for months. Then my husband decided he wanted something different and she did what she had to so he could get into a very nice Tacoma. And she stayed in communication with us even after the deals were both done. Also with them being short staffed, because everyone is Karrie had to help another customer while we were waiting on everything to get completed, but we never felt less valued. She is really great.
