Setting the appt was easy, and when I showed up, they had my info ready, took my keys and said I could wait in the waiting area. I did, they texted me after about 5 min or so with instructions to message the my info ready, took my keys and said I could wait in the waiting area. I did, they texted me after about 5 min or so with instructions to message them if I needed anything. After about 40 min, they texted me that my car was done. Went and grabbed my keys, they went over the inspection ticket, and I was on my way. Completely effortless. Couldn't be better. More

Staff were fantastic and explained the service process well. They made sure to keep me informed and provide updates. They ensured I knew my options and had okay'd a course of action prior to them doing an well. They made sure to keep me informed and provide updates. Prices seemed reasonable for other service centers in the area. More

While I am glad they were able to resolve the issue; it took significant time and effort on our end to get it done. In addition we were charged for services that were problematic at the time of purchase. I took significant time and effort on our end to get it done.
