I had an appointment for early morning, only to have 15 other customers also had the same appointment. I was told, since it was early morning, I would be in & out. This was not the case. The customer service from everyone was very friendly and attentive. I went in for an oil service, and someone was there to greet me as soon as I pulled in. My car was done in less then 45 minutes.
