I have always been skeptical of service work at a dealership, they always "find" extra things to fix. This has been true of most dealerships I have purchased from, however Toyota of Rockwall has bee dealership, they always "find" extra things to fix. This has been true of most dealerships I have purchased from, however Toyota of Rockwall has been a recent discovery for our family with the purchase of my wife's vehicle. My recent personal experience with service for my Tundra was actually pretty fantastic. From initial greet to completion took about 2.5 hours for three points of service. Kasey was delightful, but I would have appreciated a midpoint update as I was in the waiting area. I will return in future. More
