The service on my 4Runner was good however I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to get a car wash. I specifically asked her to have them check the air in the spare tire because we’re getting ready disappointed that I wasn’t able to get a car wash. Once I left and the tire sensors kicked in, the spare tire was aired up to almost 10 pounds over the recommended weight. It’s sitting at 41 pounds. So now I have to go back there, which is not close to my home and have them correct their problem. More

Kasey met me when I pulled in for my 25,000 mile service. She was wonderful, bright, friendly and got me signed in quickly. The lobby is nice with free coffee / hot chocolate / bottled water. Soon the car was ready in under an hour. Unfortunately the car wash was out of order so they didn't wash it when normally they do. I would have given 5 stars but with the car wash out of order (this has happened before) I 'm only giving 4 stars. More
