Transaction went smoothly for the most part. Kassandra was very communicative and helpful even on her day off. I was told Toyota would only acknowledge credit reports from Experian, bc I had a credit freeze it took me longer to get the vehicle bc we had to wait for the unlock, there should be some flexibility depending on the customer situation. My goals when obtaining a vehicle is a no hassle/no surprises dealership and I found it at Gladstone. I would do business with them again, if they willl do business with me. More
