This visit was awesome. My reviews thus far have been mixed from Glanzmann, but I finally saw what so many others on here seem to experience. I went in for an express oil My reviews thus far have been mixed from Glanzmann, but I finally saw what so many others on here seem to experience. I went in for an express oil change. I brought my computer and camped out, expecting to be there a while. I barely unpacked, sent some emails, and they were finished. I requested a tire rotation as well, and they told me it wasn't needed, and removed it from my charges. I was shocked. I appreciated the honesty! I definitely hope this is a new normal. I know they recently moved, and the lobby was the nicest I have ever seen in a dealership or service place. It was quite comfortable, and the best part was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time in it. More

Kyle was my service advisor, he was very professional even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash went off a block before I pulled up into the shop. My problem was the engine light, brake light, cruise control light, and traction control light kept coming on and staying on for days. Kyle kept me updated with things they where looking into, not taking down, put explaining things to me.for four weeks. At the end it was the Oil Control Vale that was replaced. And the overall cost was not to bad. I would take my car back to Kyle and the mechanic he works with. If you want someone to work with you to locate the problem…. Try the Kyle team I have a 2013 Subaru Outback 3.6 More
