I have been going to CVM for years (5+). Even when my company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its company no longer supplied its employees with Dodge vehicles, I made an effort to ensure that we could continue to go to this location (Chevy)for its high level of customer service (Kate, Wil, Doug) and timely service. It is not often that you can call a dealership your favorite place to have service performed, but I highly recommend CVM. First class service department, first class service advisors and first class maintainence. More

I have been taking all 3 of my Dodges to CVM for service since 2004. Kate Reed and her team have always been very straightforward with the diagnosis of problems with my vehicles. We were on our way to Florida from our home in Madoc Ontario Canada when our truck broke down on Hwy 81. We made it into a truck stop and then browsed the yellow pages for a Dodge dealer. We found and called Cumberland Dodge and we were very glad we did. We had the truck towed over to the dealership and then they shuttled the rest of my family from the truck stop to the dealership. They gave us "priority" service in putting the truck right up on the hoist to discover the issue. They ordered the parts and told us it would be ready by noon the next day. They even shuttled us to and from a near by hotel. What great service. We were off on our vacation 24 hours later, they were true to their word. A HUGE thanks to Kate and Will for their great personal and professional service. Kate and Will kept the atmosphere light while still delivering a professional service. We were far from home and still had a long way to go for our family vacation and a break down was not in our plans. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like regular customers. When we pulled out of the parking lot, we did not even think of our vehicle causing us any further issues. We were confident in the service that was performed. A HUGE thanks from John, Lori Cody and Lila and Cody hopes that Will is enjoying the present he left for him. :) More

I have been going to CVM for service since 2002 when I bought my Dodge Caravan. I have never been disappointed in their service on my vehicle that now has over 115,000 miles. Troy, Will, and Kate have al bought my Dodge Caravan. I have never been disappointed in their service on my vehicle that now has over 115,000 miles. Troy, Will, and Kate have always been truthful with their estimates and always right on target with what is wrong. If I needed an appt. that same day, they could usually fit me in. Overall, they have done an outstanding job with my vehicle. I truly could not be happier with their service. American industry is not known for great service ~ but, CVM truly is. Also, I couldn't be happier with my Dodge Caravan 2002. It has run really well, and the repairs have not been out of the ordinary. Again, they delivered performance at a value price. More

I've been going to and recommending CVM Dodge for years. Their entire staff is always very friendly and courteous. Everyone from the receptionist to the garage staff to the owner greets you with a smile. Their entire staff is always very friendly and courteous. Everyone from the receptionist to the garage staff to the owner greets you with a smile. When buying our vehicles there we were never put under any pressure to do so. The sales team only answered questions we had and the entire decision was left up to us. That was a pleasant change from previous experiences we had with other places. The prices we were given have always been equal to, or better than competing dealers. The ONLY reason they were given a "good" rating for quality of work by me instead of "great" was because of two very small issues I had. Once after a tire rotation they failed to notice one tire was quite low on pressure and another time an oil filter worked it's way loose after a change causing a small leak but these things happen and both of the problems were immediately fixed and they apologized over and over for the inconvenience. All of the other work I had performed there was done correctly. Dodge in general needs to update the information on their website in order to fully educate buyers on what's actually available to their customers. The dealer literature book had VERY different information listed than the website did once i got there. That's why i listed the answer to the "optional" question below. It would also help if they actually had tv commercials for ALL the vehicles in their lineup. To my knowledge they have NEVER had a single commercial for an Avenger since they came out in 2008. They might sell more of them if people knew they made them in the first place!! More

My husband and I bought our vehicles approximately 3 years ago and have had our vehicles serviced by the Dodge Service ever since. I do not know who the technicians are to be named, but must say that p years ago and have had our vehicles serviced by the Dodge Service ever since. I do not know who the technicians are to be named, but must say that particularly Kate and Will definitely know and practice the highest level of customer service to their clients. Doug is fairly new and he to is very attentive to customer needs. They are an excellent team and a prime example of outstanding customer service. More

Both Kate and Wil are a pleasure to work with. My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for service since 2005. I've bought two cars from CVM and am soon going to buy my third. I've worked with all three of the above employees and have been impressed with their friendliness.
