We were traveling when experiencing turbo deisel problems. We arrived at the dealership for diagnostic. Everyone at CVM is extremely helpful and friendly!!! Our kids even enjoy "visiting" when we are in for service and are actually disappointed when they cannot go with us. On June 6th we were traveling from Philadelphia to Oak Ridge TN trailering boats. The brakes on the truck went on the PA Turnpike so we got off in Carlise where we found Cumberland Valley Dodge. We arri Ridge TN trailering boats. The brakes on the truck went on the PA Turnpike so we got off in Carlise where we found Cumberland Valley Dodge. We arrived at 1 PM and explained our situation to Kate Reed who from the beginning was very understanding of our situation and did what she could do to help the repair. The truck ended up needing parts they did not have in stock but without hesitation ordered them asap. The amount of work needed was a full days work but Will and Kate worked together and with their mechanics to jump on the job and have it completed by 7 PM so that we could be on our way to Oakridge. Both mechanics stayed after their shift was over to help us in our difficult service. Each time we were given bad news about the repair Kate made sure that it was followed with good news. Getting us back on the road at 7 PM allowed for 75 high school students to compete in their rowing competition. Will and Kate run a top notch service department, along iwth the mechanics. All worked together and made for a very horrible experience lined with a good ending. We can not thank the two of them enough. More

I have dealt with dealerships in Arizona, California, Georgia, and Maine. Services by CVM is not only superb but the service staff (Kate Reed)is/are the most professional I've ever encountered. Recently Georgia, and Maine. Services by CVM is not only superb but the service staff (Kate Reed)is/are the most professional I've ever encountered. Recently had my 2011 Durango R/T towed into CVM (not purchase at CVM)but the srtaff greeted like an old friend which proves they really are looking out for the customer. This is a 5 star operation. One of the main reasons that I continue to service my cars at CVM is because of the people in your Service area. Since I am also friendly with some local Dillsburg Service Garages where I live, I do hav cars at CVM is because of the people in your Service area. Since I am also friendly with some local Dillsburg Service Garages where I live, I do have alternatives to CVM. My family loves the Dodge Caravan and will probably always have one in our family and your Service Dept personnel, especially Kate Reed, is the reason that we will always maintain our vehicles at CVM as well. I trust Kate and the folks she works with in your Service Dept to identify my maintenance needs at the time my vehicles are in the shop. I don't worry about getting charged for things that are not required. I keep my vehicles for approximately 10 years so maintaining them is very important to me. Therefore, finding a friendly and trustworthy Service Dept Staff is very important to me. Kate and the rest of the Staff deserve to be recognized and I hope that CVM realizes that they are building a great reputation for the Dealership. Tom Gaglione More
