Just bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes through Lori Mohr at RBM of Alpharetta from my home in Florida and found the experience to be the best car buying experience of my life (age 66). Lori was informative and responsive in every aspect of the buying process, helping me complete the majority of the deal online and assisting with travel and the out-of-town matters for my visit to finalize the deal in person. In person, she coordinated other dealership personnel, i.e. Kate to provide an overview of the vehicle technology systems with me and David to complete the finance matters; all within an expedited time frame to enable me to travel back home on the same day. I would recommend Lori and RBM of Alpharetta to all for a fabulous, first class experience. More
