The dealership was first class. I've purchased many makes and models over the years and you could tell these guys are above and beyond from the second you walk in the door. I've been in sales myself for 30 years and consider myself to be a pretty good judge of the naturally ability and the extra hard work it takes to be a good sales person. I can tell you that Katherine Stern has all the traits. MB of the Woodlands should appreciate how she represents them and the customer will be happy with the above and beyond service she provides. I was down to two different manufactures and everything was just about neck and neck in regards to pricing, warranty, etc.. My ultimate decision came down to the way that Katherine sold me on not just the vehicle but the overall experience from when I walked in the door until I drove off in a new vehicle. She also did a great job of following up with me as I was making my final decision and showcased the after market support I would get from the dealership. With my background in sales, I know how important follow up and after market support is and Katherine highlights both in her skill set. I purchased my Mercedes at The Woodlands, TX location last week with the help of my salesperson Katherine Stern. I had the best experience ever. There’s a running stigma about women shopping for cars alone, how dealerships will try to take advantage of them. But Katherine was all around professional and kind. After only a few seconds of being on the lot I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality. I was unsure of exactly I was looking for but she was really patient with me, very knowledgeable of all model cars, and didn’t pressure me to going outside my budget. After my purchase Katherine surprised me with a personalized video of my shopping experience. Such a classy touch. She even contacted me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with my overall experience. Elhadji from Finance was also very helpful. He took his time to ensure I understood the warranty as a 1st time car buyer, expressed the importance of gap insurance, and extended warranties. All in all, it was a great experience. The facility is top notch. Business professionals, luxury cars, and free snacks (yes I took a few extras for the road).
