I purchased my Mercedes at The Woodlands, TX location last week with the help of my salesperson Katherine Stern. I had the best experience ever. There’s a running stigma about women shopping for cars alone, how dealerships will try to take advantage of them. But Katherine was all around professional and kind. After only a few seconds of being on the lot I was greeted with a smile and bubbly personality. I was unsure of exactly I was looking for but she was really patient with me, very knowledgeable of all model cars, and didn’t pressure me to going outside my budget. After my purchase Katherine surprised me with a personalized video of my shopping experience. Such a classy touch. She even contacted me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with my overall experience. Elhadji from Finance was also very helpful. He took his time to ensure I understood the warranty as a 1st time car buyer, expressed the importance of gap insurance, and extended warranties. All in all, it was a great experience. The facility is top notch. Business professionals, luxury cars, and free snacks (yes I took a few extras for the road). If I had to point out 1 con, it would be that we didn’t toast with a glass of champagne :-) Thanks for the red carpet experience MBW and Katherine Stern, I will refer you to everyone I know!
