Scheduled the appointment, showed up at the right time, and was seen almost immediately by Kathryn on a busy Saturday. She loaned me a new car so I didn't have to wait. Kathryn called to let me know about a battery issue they discovered. Brought the loaner back, paid the tab and picked up my car. Exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't have been easier. More
