"The Works" Experience I always visit this service center to get my oil changed. This time was no different because of all the great experiences I've had before. My only com I always visit this service center to get my oil changed. This time was no different because of all the great experiences I've had before. My only complaint is withtge labor charges. The works is a flat fee but it never fails that they find some additional thing wrong with my car. This time it was brakes. I knew my brakes were due for a change but the garage seemed adamant that they needed to change them. When I asked how much the charge was going to be, the lady said it would cost me $339 and they would have to keep my car overnight! That is ludacris. I only go there for the works package because it's so cheap but I am no novice when it comes to working on my car. A brake change only costed me $50 in parts and 1.5 hours in labor. I feel bad for any novice mechanic who would allow these outrageous charges. Other than the price for additional services, my experience was great. More
