warranted item replacement... We came up to have techs look at the grab handle on the passenger side that had come off......we did have a very long wait for that, an hour and a hal We came up to have techs look at the grab handle on the passenger side that had come off......we did have a very long wait for that, an hour and a half wait exactly, for them to tell us, we would have to order the part...and return again from pearisburg, va, where we live.....But to make a long story and wait, short, they sent me a letter telling me when the part came in, I made a first thing appointment the next week, We came up, they fixed it right up and whoolah, we were out of there in approximately 20 minutes.......Thank you for a quick fix. More

Great service center! I took my 2013 Escape in for an oil change. While there, Ashley in service made sure I knew that had a shuttle available if I needed to go somewhere w I took my 2013 Escape in for an oil change. While there, Ashley in service made sure I knew that had a shuttle available if I needed to go somewhere while they were working on my car. It turned out I had to have additional worked done. It was very reasonably priced and she asked me before to make sure I wanted the work done that visit. I have been to other dealerships that do the work, then just want to charge you. Kathy and Ashley are always extremely pleasant and explain everything clearly and kindly. More
