Great service center! I took my 2013 Escape in for an oil change. While there, Ashley in service made sure I knew that had a shuttle available if I needed to go somewhere w I took my 2013 Escape in for an oil change. While there, Ashley in service made sure I knew that had a shuttle available if I needed to go somewhere while they were working on my car. It turned out I had to have additional worked done. It was very reasonably priced and she asked me before to make sure I wanted the work done that visit. I have been to other dealerships that do the work, then just want to charge you. Kathy and Ashley are always extremely pleasant and explain everything clearly and kindly. More
