Had a great experience with Kathy. She reached out to us as we were existing customers and decided to upgrade our truck. Kathy McKinney, my salesperson, and Uma Hybrid from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Baltimore! I received outstanding service during my purchase. Kathy McKinney, my salesperson, and Umar Naeen, the manager, clearly made a positive impact. They were both amazing to work with throughout the whole transaction. Even the financing with Maria was a breeze, once Ashlyn helped me figure out how to unfreeze my credit report. She was a lifesaver! The Director of Service, Michael Resnick was kind and helpful through the whole process. The General Manager Ermias, sure makes buying cars a positive experience for customers at this dealership.
