Kathy, the service manager, is wonderful ! People first a class act. The dealership is blessed to have her. Unfortunately, everything I needed it done , was no longer included in my mini s People first a class act. The dealership is blessed to have her. Unfortunately, everything I needed it done , was no longer included in my mini service plans. So it was was over priced. My only feedback is every car wash I’ve ever had here has been less than good. .I washed and vacuum my car before I came in I noticed some sand and some suntan marks near the trunk in the door. The sand and suntan marks are still there. Nothing on the interior was wiped including my windows. Im not sure I’m buying another Lexus. This is number four and I have technology and be of all my friends. Toyota needs to keep up with technology. More
