Give Trina In the Service Department a promotion, raise, kudos, any other recognition she deserves. She set the example, she is the one you guys want answering the phone and taking care of people, and being kudos, any other recognition she deserves. She set the example, she is the one you guys want answering the phone and taking care of people, and being the face and voice for services department, she did the job as it is meant to be. Not only did she do her job as a Guest Services Consultant, she gave more of a Service Advisor job performance in her professionalism and customer service that I would have never thought she only schedules appointments. She is the reason why I am now making this my primary Lexus location and when my lease is up, I will be back here to provide this location my business. Even if she did not have the answers to my questions, she went above and beyond to find them And provided me the relief and peace of mind as a new Florida resident from California. The way she executed her choices, words, and actions, really set a very positive vibe of what I hope the rest of her peers, supervisors, and team are doing for their customers. I do not know how she did it, but she handled my situation above what I was expecting, she truly raised the bar and now has made the expectations next time I call and need help. More
