Treasure Coast Lexus always does a great job servicing my car and keeping it in top shape. They provided me a loaner car so that I could run some errands and not have to wait for 2 hours while my car was bei car and keeping it in top shape. The “service coordinator” (Kenneth?) for the last maintenance visit couldn’t keep track of me, my name, my car. I was waiting to be told the car was ready - but nooooo, the car sat parked for at leas maintenance visit couldn’t keep track of me, my name, my car. I was waiting to be told the car was ready - but nooooo, the car sat parked for at least 15 minutes. Then I was told the vehicle had its 25k maintenance when it was the 20k. Sorry if you can’t even pretend to have a modicum of interest in your customers. Not going to accep this person as my maintenance coordinator again. More
