The “service coordinator” (Kenneth?) for the last maintenance visit couldn’t keep track of me, my name, my car. I was waiting to be told the car was ready - but nooooo, the car sat parked for at leas maintenance visit couldn’t keep track of me, my name, my car. I was waiting to be told the car was ready - but nooooo, the car sat parked for at least 15 minutes. Then I was told the vehicle had its 25k maintenance when it was the 20k. Sorry if you can’t even pretend to have a modicum of interest in your customers. Not going to accep this person as my maintenance coordinator again. More
