Excellent customer service I take my car to be serviced (oil change) at the dealer for a several reasons. It is less expensive than any other location and I get original manufa I take my car to be serviced (oil change) at the dealer for a several reasons. It is less expensive than any other location and I get original manufacturers equipment (oil & air filter). It is also extremely convenient. I drop my car off the night before and they call me the next day when it is ready to pick up. And last, but certainly not least, the customer service is top notch. Pamela and Kathy are always extremely friendly and thorough when explaining the service performed and any other additional concerns I may not even be aware of. More

They are so knowledgeable and if a part needs replacement they will explain to you why it Gates has a wonderful service department and service team. During their inspection if they find something that could be a problem in the future, they advise you but that's all. They do not pressure you to replace right then and there. The staff is so pleasant and so willing to work with you to help you in any way they possibly can. More
