Fast and friendly I always take my Nissan for service at Gates Nissan. This visit I talked with Pamela over the phone about setting up the appointment and Kathy was the I always take my Nissan for service at Gates Nissan. This visit I talked with Pamela over the phone about setting up the appointment and Kathy was there on the day of the service. They were both friendly and helpful. Kathy explained what was done and let me know about upcoming maintenance issues that need to be addressed. More

2014 CVT Failure Kathy was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Got me in asap with a loaner on standby. I bought a new 2018 Rogue Within the first 200 miles of buying my new Rogue, I had electrical issues. I called Kathy to report the issue and Gates immediately took the SUV back Within the first 200 miles of buying my new Rogue, I had electrical issues. I called Kathy to report the issue and Gates immediately took the SUV back in, found the problem and fixed it. When I picked the SUV back up, Pamela answered all my questions including concerns I was curious about. Jon worked really well with us and was non pressuring and informative. That I appreciated! I take really good care of my cars, and I want a dealership to support that. I believe Gates Nissan will do that. More
