Someone came to the waiting room to confirm needed service. I also had an unusual problem and they brought a couple of people over to look at it. They do not stop until they know you are satisfied. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. I also notice the price is comparable to other service providers. Most dealerships have inflated service prices, but not here. I feel I get good service at a fair price. More
