Suntrup made my car buying experience excellent. I was able to handle the bulk of the sales process over email, and then finish it up with a no-pressure meeting at the dealer. I was expecting they would try to fit in a bunch of last minute warranty or upgrade offers, but they did not and I appreciated their transparency throughout the transaction.
