She has all our paperwork ready to go within a handful of minutes of sealing the deal, was very knowledgeable about our financing options, and accommodating with how we made our down payment, I would highly recommend this dealership--and I will be bringing my Toyota here for service even though I live 28 miles away. If all RL's employees are like Scott and Katie, look out competition! More
