I have been with the Winchester Mitsubishi family for almost 7 years. My favorite part of my job is helping to make the Car-Buying experience a great one for every customer and make sure you are truly happy with your purchase! My job also requires consistent Data Analysis of lead source performance, and BDC and Sales staff performance. I am also responsible in ensuring that we are knowledgeable about current trends and demographics for marketing purposes.

I had recall work done to my 2021 Outlander Sport. As always I was greeted with a smile and friendly people. I live bout 5 miles from a Mitsubishi dealership. Everyone was nice and pleasant to talk with. We found it to be one of the better car buying experiences we have had, there was no pressure at all . Everything was explained from start to finish. It all went very smoothly. We both would highly recommend this dealership and the staff , seems to be a class act! Tarek seemed to be very knowledgeable about the car we bought and was just awesome to work with. Katie was just a fun person to be around, she seems enjoys her job . Matthew finished us up with a bang another employee that seems to care and does his job well. They all were great! And we believe their all keepers for Winchester Mitsubishi! More
