Had my pro master 3500 in last week for an issue while they found nothing last week I did bring it back this week as the issue expanded. They seemed to have found something. I will be waiting for more news to see if there’s any further damage. I am hoping that they will go through this vehicle thoroughly in all things related to this issue to make sure the cause of the issue is found versus just the end result fixed. I am also hoping that any item related to this or even close to it is also followed up with in case any of that is left hanging. As in the past and so far this dealership has been great to me. I think this will be a test to see how well they know their stuff. We all know things can go wrong, Hoping all their training is able to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. We got a message from our connect system that we needed to see a dealer to correct a problem. Brought our van into Leesburg Ram to have them repair the problem. The antenna was not in stock so it would need to be ordered. It was Thursday and we were told it might not be in until Friday so Monday we would need to be back for repair. We explained to Tim that we had Dr.appointments in NC on Tuesday morning. Our mileage was 35,675, almost at out 36,000 and we would be out of warrantee by the time we drove to NC. Tim called us on Friday and said he got us the part we needed and was going to come in on his day off to work with Mike to get this done for us on Saturday. Mike worked all day to finish the job for us and we were able to keep our Dr.appointments. People like Tim, Mike And Katie are the reason that we will always use Leesburg Ram and why we always recommend their dealership to anyone we talk to. Thank you Tim, Mike and Katie you a credit to your dealership. More
