We got a message from our connect system that we needed to see a dealer to correct a problem. Brought our van into Leesburg Ram to have them repair the problem. The antenna was not in stock so it would need to be ordered. It was Thursday and we were told it might not be in until Friday so Monday we would need to be back for repair. We explained to Tim that we had Dr.appointments in NC on Tuesday morning. Our mileage was 35,675, almost at out 36,000 and we would be out of warrantee by the time we drove to NC. Tim called us on Friday and said he got us the part we needed and was going to come in on his day off to work with Mike to get this done for us on Saturday. Mike worked all day to finish the job for us and we were able to keep our Dr.appointments. People like Tim, Mike And Katie are the reason that we will always use Leesburg Ram and why we always recommend their dealership to anyone we talk to. The minute I pulled in to the dealer they were there to take care of me. And it never stoped, they keep letting me know what/where they were at during my maintenance.
