Gives warm welcomes to their customers. Courteous and polite after taking info of your vehicle they show you to the snack area which is a plus. They inform you at what stage your vehicle is working on . And now I experienced the new video that is sent to my phone showing me what they did and if you need something more. The manager” David “ greets you while they’re working on your car and get to know his customers on a one to one which I prefer. I used Tiffany for years and this last visit I used Ryan Swoll, I couldn’t ask for better service from this young man. When I went inside to sign my paperwork it was a customer ahead of me so I sat in the chair. When Ryan was ready for me he could see that I had a problem getting up and he put his arm out and I looked up and I said thank you and I held onto his arm and I got up.. He is definitely an asset and just one more word who I believe is an asset inside the dealership building. His name is Charles. Through all these years Charles was always there for all my questions and did right by me. This dealership out of so many is an A + . sorry about this one more thing again when I got into my vehicle to leave hanging with the tag was a dealership offered to buy my car at X amount of money. Show the two new things that I’m aware of that I’m extremely happy with is the video on what they doing with your car and leaving an offer of sale for your car is the proper way to handle this. It’s so comfortable to go there when you walk in and you’re always acknowledged by your name. Where are all of the above I will close and my name is Patti Geist More

dropped car off for oil change got 1/2 mile from dealership and started smoking and overheating waited 2 days to fix the cracked oil cooler and drove car home Next day car wont start Wait 2 days dealership and started smoking and overheating waited 2 days to fix the cracked oil cooler and drove car home Next day car wont start Wait 2 days and go to pick car up and the service advisor drives it up and says oops it has warning lights on dash. sit in waiting area until they finally say they left some wires off.
