Katrina Jewell is amazing! She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. She was very informative. I will say one thing...one of their offers was to protect the paint and interior, but based on carfax it was already done. So I am not sure why I was offered that. More
