This dealership did a great job in expediting the search and delivery of our vehicle. We thought that it will take a little more longer for us to have the vehicle we want but they did an amazing job in find and delivery of our vehicle. I was in the market for another car. A friend and I were driving past Ed Martin Toyota on Friday and decided to stop in on our way back. Katrina Jewell greeted us at the door of the dealership. She is very personable, very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help us. I really liked the 2023 Camry, and they just received a shipment of new cars. (By Just received, the plastic was still on the wheels and interior of the cars.) While we couldn’t drive that car (still had to go to inspection and process the car), she found a Toyota Camry 2022 model (it was part of their rental fleet) that I test drove. I put a deposit down (Thank the Universe) and came back on Saturday and signed the rest of the papers. Katrina walked us through the paperwork and the process. After signing the biggest check of my life, she helped us set up everything in the car, showed us how everything worked and was so upbeat and honest. The experience was so great that a friend (who was with me) said when he is ready, he wants to come back. And as a note- my friend and I did a little social experiment when we would visit dealerships. How did they treat me (female vs him) throughout the process. Katrina exceeded all of my expectations and was incredibly impressive as a point of contact. She even reached out and said if I need anything, to reach out- not just for sales or service- even if I forgot how to work a feature. If you are looking for a used or new car- do not hesitate to go and see Katrina at Ed Martin Toyota! She will not disappoint! More
