I sent in a request for quote on a new 2016 CR-Z and she contacted me within an hour to invite me in to look at a 2015 model that was heavily discounted. It also had a manual transmission, which I prefered over the automatic. Katy was a very knowledgable salesperson and after the test drive, she showed me around the new dealership. Very impressive! It had been a while since my last purchase, when they were located in Aurora, and the new location looks great. After all of the paperwork was completed, she showed me how everything worked and offered to pair my iphone, but since it was after hours already, I declined. The next day, I was unable to successfully pair it and she sent me detailed instructions via email. It worked the first time! The finance lady was very pleasant to work with as well, but I don't remember her name. I would recommend Katy and the dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

The greeting from the sales reception desk staff set the tone - welcoming, efficient, and professional. The organization of the show room was obviously well thought out. The tremendous energy in the store that Saturday was unlike any other dealership we had been in. We asked for Katy Meyer, who had responded to our Internet request for a price quote on the Accord Touring. We really enjoyed working with Katy. She demonstrated excellent communication skills as she assisted us. She was extremely knowledgable about the complex features of the car such as “Honda Sensing.” She was uncanny at anticipating our questions and providing clear explanations. Since we had been shopping and researching extensively, we had many questions. Not only was Katy patient, but she was resourceful. She was able to find answers and put to rest any concerns we had about the vehicle. In our opinion, Katy exemplifies what a professional sales consultant should be. We appreciated that Valley Honda allowed Katy to set up test drive experiences that met our need to spend extended time driving the car. The Accord Touring sells itself very well! The new 2016 Accords had not been released, but provided ample amount of info for me to digest as well. I searched other dealerships, however kept coming back to Katy. Once my current 96 Civic with 300k miles had been reached, I was OVERDUE for a new car. Originally looking at the 2015 Accord Sport, I purchased the 2016 Accord EX-L instead (many reasons). Katy - THANK YOU for being patient with my purchase timeline. After that test drive and meeting you personnally, I know I made the right decision with you and Valley Honda.
