This is my second time around with Valley Honda, I purchased a 2012 Accord and found the experience of buying a car to be like no other dealer I have This is my second time around with Valley Honda, I purchased a 2012 Accord and found the experience of buying a car to be like no other dealer I have ever had. So good in fact that when my wife and I were in the market for a new car Valley Honda was the dealer for us. After a stroll around the show room floor we met Katy Meyer who made the entire process of buying a car feel like we were having lunch with a friend, she made sure we had all the information needed to make an informed purchase of our new CR-V at the price we expected to pay. I have been a Valley Honda customer for the past three years and I can say that the combination of the best service department I have ever experienced and the friendly professional buying experience provided by Katy will continue win my car buying business to Valley Honda in the future. When it was time for another new car, I was hoping to I bought an Odyssey back in 2012 from Valley and was helped through the process by Katy Meyer. When it was time for another new car, I was hoping to repeat the pleasurable experience again. On both occasions, Valley gave a competitive price right from the initial offer. Katy was patient and not pushy while I was in the exploring stage, and then was helpful in answering any questions and closing the deal when I was ready to buy. If you have never been inside Valley Honda, it's really an impressive place. It's clean, it's modern, and everyone seems genuinely happy and excited to be working there. I took a test drive, then did everything else by email. Saved a ton of time sitting at or driving to and from the dealer. When my car was ready, I spent only about 90 minutes there for the whole process. Inspection, loan, paperwork, going over features of the vehicle, etc. No hard sell on services and accessories at the close. If you want something, they are happy to tell you all about it. If you say "No thank you", that's it. They really have everything running like clockwork at Valley, and they streamlined the process. Had new plates on the vehicle before I left too. If you are in the market for a new Honda, you owe it to yourself to visit Valley and ask for Katy. More

With that, she didn't feel my 2005 Mazda3 with 180,000 miles and 4 warning lights was safe. I say she is a bit over cautious, but I can't argue with a pregnant lady. So we set out to find the baby-mobile... We did our homework and narrowed it down to the CR-V and Rav4. We first went to Honda, met with Cesar, did our test drives, and sat down to look over the numbers. They were good, and after a little negotiation, they were great. Cesar was very laid back, no pressure, and happy to assist. But... we had to do our due diligence and test the Rav4. It just wasn't for us. The CR-V just felt better. A little heavier, a dash that didn't feel like plastic, electronics that weren't outdated, etc. So we decided had our sights set on the CR-V. Back to Honda we went and worked with Jack. Jack is the man. He took care of everything at the front end as Cesar was busy with another customer. He pointed us in the right direction, made us comfortable, realized our needs, and didn't try to oversell us with all the extras. He ended up putting us in Mario's baby hands to finalize the deal. Just like the rest of the staff, Mario took care of us. We drove out with a great vehicle, didn't feel as if I was bent over a barrel, and happy to know my car wouldn't explode with my family inside. Fast forward three weeks... our old Camry crapped the bed and we ended up back at Honda. Pretty much did the same thing (this time with Katie) and bought an Accord (after test driving a Camry). So Honda sold two vehicles, made a few fans, and everyone is happy. The end. More

This dealership has a facility that provides fabulous amenities to it's customers, but the service is even more impressive. The attention to detail and customer needs is amazing. This spring when we were looking to purchase another family car, we met Katy Meyer. She was friendly, professional, and quickly put us at ease. She took the time to find out what we wanted and helped us choose the vehicle that was right for us. She made the process easy because she has a vast knowledge of Honda products and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. She gave answers to questions we hadn't even thought to ask! When we needed another car last week for our daughter, we went straight to Katy. She helped us find the right vehicle and even helped us arrange to surprise our daughter with her new car. We were really happy to have Katy, who is so patient and knowledgeable, explaining to our daughter, a first-time car owner, the many features of her new Honda. We know that Katy will follow up quickly on any questions or concerns that we have. While we enjoy the many extra features in the showroom that Valley Honda has to offer customers, it's the special people, like Katy Meyer, that make it a place where we will return to again for our next new car. I was wholly impressed by the Valley Honda dealership: the facility is beautiful, the employees are friendly and service-oriented, and the service department is immaculate. Katy Meyer helped us throughout this process, from answering questions submitted via email to arranging for our ideal vehicle to be procured and purchasing said vehicle. In all of our interactions with her, we found Katy to be helpful, professional, and fair. I didn't feel as though any games were played and prices (i.e., the price of the vehicle to be purchased and the amount offered for the vehicle we traded in) were very fair. After our experience with Katy and Valley Honda, I would be hard pressed to purchase a vehicle from anyone else (other than Katy) or from any other dealership! More

Normally buying cars is an all day affair however with this store, we were in and out in just a couple hours without anyone pushing us towards any sale. Everything is relaxed and comfortable and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
