Sale's person knowledgeable, patient and helpful When I called Valley Honda inquiring the price of the car of interest to me, the sales person Andy and the Sales manager (I forgot the name) were very When I called Valley Honda inquiring the price of the car of interest to me, the sales person Andy and the Sales manager (I forgot the name) were very professional and fair. I felt very comfortable working with them, so I decided to make a purchase through the dealership even though I was offered a better price from another dealer. I made a deposit right there. When I went to pick up the car, Andy was busy with another customer, so he asked Katy to help me. Katy immediately arranged the test drive. When I voiced concern over the bird dropping on the first vehicle that I was to test drive, she located the other car of the same model in their backup inventory lot and arranged the test drive. Katy then helped me through the entire purchase process, which went close to two hours past their close time on Saturday. Regardless, she took the time to explain the features of the car and answered many questions I raised. Not once did I feel rushed. She made the whole purchase experience very pleasant. Katy also followed up on the following Monday and answered a couple more questions I had. There was one question she didn't know the answer, she contacted Honda and sent me the answer in email shortly. I definitely will recommend Valley Honda. Look for Katy or Andy when you get there. More

Just bought my first Honda, definitely wont be my last! I called ahead and spoke with Katy regarding a Civic that I was interested in. I came to the dealership to do a test drive with Bob and immediately loved the car. Bob is the one that took care of me and had me all set to go with checking out. He was a super personable guy that I felt I could trust and rely on. His concerns and problem solving were super reasonable and straight forward while being ethical about everything. Extensive patience and tolerance was shown with any questions and concerns thrown at him. I recommend all the staff members that I dealt with wholeheartedly and would tell anyone that wants a Honda to consider this location. More
