Everybody involved - from the sales rep Katy Meyer, the sales manager Job Rahman and the associate Nate Casimir - everyone was helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to provide the customer satisfaction that you would hope to get out of your car dealership. Special kudos to Katy for catering to all our needs. I would highly recommend Valley Honda. More

She got me CRv in the color I wanted even through that color wasn't in the inventory. She went over all the car features showing me how to work all driver friendly conveniences of the car - I mean she sat in the car with me and showed me how they all worked - even going so far as helping me set up the Bluetooth to my phone. She was very personable and a real pleasure to work with. A great overall experience - made even more so by Katy More

Great Purchasing Experience I started out looking at a 2011 Honda CRV EXL with Katie. I didn't have an appointment so when I showed up Katie was with a customer but promptly hand I started out looking at a 2011 Honda CRV EXL with Katie. I didn't have an appointment so when I showed up Katie was with a customer but promptly handed me over to Jack Davis. He took me on a test drive and listened to what I was looking for. I also test drove a 2014. By the end of the appointment, Jack had introducerd Jab (Sales Mgr) who reduced the price of the 2011 and also offered a huge discount on a new 2014. I left and came back the following weekend. I got a great trade in on my 95,000 CRV and ended up purchasing a new 2014 CRV. Katie was my primary salesperson in the end and closed the deal. She's was extremely knowledgeable, offered options and really patient as I worked through the details that I would be comfortable with in the end. She walked me through all functions of the new car and made sure I was comfortable with the final deal. When I went to finalize the purchase and paperwork, I discovered that I had a checkbook but no checks! Katie followed me all the way home and waited for the check so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to the dealership. First class service, first class salespeople, especially Katie. I really made her work for the sale but she was great! Katie, Jab and Jack were wonderful to work with and at no time pressured me to make a decision on the spot. That's one thing I value as a customer, no game playing! Great dealership. Great experience. Great service (from owning my previous Honda CRV). It's really all about the customer experience at this dealership from purchase to service. Thanks! I love my new car. More

Great car buying experience My wife and I knew we were going to need a new car in the near future and had settled on a Pilot. We sent out emails to 3 dealers for pricing and rece My wife and I knew we were going to need a new car in the near future and had settled on a Pilot. We sent out emails to 3 dealers for pricing and received 3 similar (very good) offers. We wound up going to Valley due to the no hassle approach (email bombardment) and proximity to work/home. We dealt with Katy Meyer who was very professional and helpful throughout the sale. It was actually the quickest dealer car purchase I've been part of as we were expecting the usual runaround. We appreciated that Katy didn't use the old school car dealer tactics of the past. I think this is standard procedure for Valley Honda to treat customers the right way. Fantastic facility too! More

Why else would we travel 30 some miles to a dealersh We are long-time customers of Valley Honda for one very important reason: their level of service. Why else would we travel 30 some miles to a dealership? Our experience with Katy Meyer is the most recent reinforcement of this reason; she is organized, efficient, friendly, and most of all, she knows her vehicles. Katy pointed out features I would have overlooked and made sure we knew everything about our new CRV; on our test drive she directed us to the holding area so we could see all the colors offered and make an informed decision. Our tour of the service area was impressive; just the fact that I don't have to make an appointment or leave the car overnight is huge. Another plus is that we never feel pressured to buy "up" or have to negotiate on anything. The overall experience is head and shoulders above any other car buying scenario I've been a part of. Kudos to Valley Honda and especially Katy!! UPDATE: I would be remiss if I didn't give props to Kurt Gonzalez, who has worked some stellar deals for us over the years. He has managed to give us more than reasonable financing options and his ever-positive attitude is a large part of the reason we will keep coming back to Valley Honda. More

I am a return customer having bought my first Honda, an Accord, in 2004. BTW that car is still on the road with 285K miles! We were assisted with our purchase by Katy Meyer. When you go to the dealership, request her...she was awesome! My wife and I showed up after work to "start looking" at new cars. We had other manufactures in mind but we started at Honda because I had a good experience before. First we test drove an Accord LX, base model. Nice car. Then we drove the Accord EX...even nicer. Then my wife suggested the CRV just to see what it was like. Bad idea. It was a great ride too and now we don't know what we want. Now we are two hours in to our night. We finally sat with Katy as she started to put some numbers together on the Accord. Well then we switched to the CRV...and then we switched back...it was horrible. But Katy, ever so professional and polite, kept a smile on her face as we asked "can we test drive both of the vehicles again?" I know, we are a sales persons worst nightmare. But she ran to get the keys, had the cars brought back to the front so we could see them, we test drove both vehicles again and eventually settled on the CRV. More room. Same type of ride but the CRV has all-wheel drive too. Kevin Frank helped broker the deal and was also very polite to work with. But Katy hung in there the whole time, each change of our mind, each test drive...and then she had to deliver the car to us and show us how to work everything. All in all we left the dealer at 1015pm. We arrived at 530p. Katy even called 2 days later to make sure everything was good with our purchase and make sure we had no questions. She's very patient and explains the vehicles very well. She's knowledgeable of all the options and is there to help. She's a Saint and I'm glad we got her for a sales person! Thanks Katy!! More

Absolutely great experience buying a new 2014 Odyssey at Valley Honda! This is the first time I've purchased a non-GM new car (and I used to work for GM). I did so based on the people, facilities, and very Valley Honda! This is the first time I've purchased a non-GM new car (and I used to work for GM). I did so based on the people, facilities, and very apparent customer focus I saw there. I received a very fair new car price and trade-in offer, which even beat the deal at GM where I still get a supplier discount. Katy Meyer was absolutely great to work with. She had excellent knowledge of the vehicle, options, accessories (and how to operate everything!). She answered all our questions and made everything flow smooth. When we picked new vehicle up, she went over everything and even programmed our smart phones to work with the vehicle Bluetooth system before we left. I am absolutely hooked on Valley Honda. More
