After giving a list of my "wants", Katy came up with one car to test drive and I loved it! It had everything I wanted and more. Also, I got (at least what I thought) a fair price on my trade in. There was no pressure, no going back and forth with price. She gave me a price I could afford, and I even got to add some extra accessories. Katy at Valley Honda was just the best & most informative of all the representatives from other dealerships. She was straightforward & not pushy at all. She was the reason we drove out to Valley, & when we got there we were totally impressed. Valley is completely geared towards customer service, from the very beginning of the sale process & beyond.  It was by far the bext car buying experience I've ever had. Even though the dealership was miles from my home, it was entirely worth the drive. They had exactly what I was looking for and Katy & manager Tommy made the deal easy.
