When I reached out to Eddie regarding purchasing a smaller vehicle a few weeks ago, he promptly responded with the information I requested. Then, when I mentioned I was not ready to purchase anything yet, he did not turn around and put any pressure on whatsoever. Eddie did what he always does, and simply waited for me to be ready to initiate moving forward. Even after I changed vehicle models and colors, Eddie remained patient, enthusiastic, and professional. JD Olivares was a pleasure to deal with as I did my pricing research remotely instead of in person. JD was the sales rep who replied quickly to my my E quote request for pricing on a 2023 Honda Pilot E pricing research remotely instead of in person. JD was the sales rep who replied quickly to my my E quote request for pricing on a 2023 Honda Pilot Elite right off the dealers web page that was in transit to the dealership. I was quickly provided a 1 page buyers order sheet spelling out all the quotes in the dealer price offer to me. Valley Honda beat every other dealer price I received over the internet. JD kept me informed and the vehicle arrived within the estimated dates given and the customer delivery experience was incredible with the indoor delivery showroom. They allow customers to completely inspect the vehicles and get trained on all the latest features these new cars have. Hats off to the detailers who prepared the car for delivery as it was showroom quality clean! JD arranged getting a few dealer installed accessories installed that we wanted before delivery with no issues as well Mari Frank in the business office was a pleasure and there were no surprises to the final costs or extreme pressure tactics for add on and services. We asked to meet with General Manager Don Davis and we expressed our appreciation for such a pleasurable buying experience at Valley Honda. They treat the customers and each others as co workers with the utmost respect. I purchased my last Honda from Valley Honda in 2011 and when I was in the market for a new car I knew that Valley would be the first and last call I would make. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Ols when I was in the market for a new car I knew that Valley would be the first and last call I would make. I had the pleasure of working with Julie Olson who made the whole experience of buying a car completely transparent and stress free! We were able to work out the deal over the phone and within an hour I had the preliminary contract with absolutely no surprises! Julie continued to reach out with updates since the car was in bound from the factory. I received a pleasant surprise from Julie that my car had arrived earlier than anticipated. When I arrived to pick up my car, Julie was waiting for me and the paperwork was ready and basically all I had to do was sign! I was able to complete everything in about 2 hours. Julie took me through all the features of my new CRV and helped to get my seat memory set and paired up my phone to the hands free. The car is just beautiful and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend Julie Olson, she made buying a car fun again! Thank you Valley Honda! More
