We purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey at Valley Honda last week. First of all the dealership itself is gorgeous and the waiting areas are great. I had my two young children with me and my two year old was ab week. First of all the dealership itself is gorgeous and the waiting areas are great. I had my two young children with me and my two year old was able to play on a computer and there was a nice, clean playroom where my seven month old could get down on the floor and play while we waited. Bringing kids to buy a car could have been really painful, but the fun and comfortable waiting areas and the courteous and accommodating staff made it as easy as possible. We brought a trade in and we received a very fair price as well as a great finance deal and a great price on the new Odyssey we purchased. Katy Meyer helped us and she did an amazing job showing us all the features of the van and guiding us though the purchasing process. She was very kind and personable and no pushy car salesman vibe whatsoever. She took a lot of time with us to make sure we understood each step in the purchase process and once we completed our purchase she stayed with us and helped us learn how to operate all the functions on the dashboard, helped us program our phones with bluetooth, and even walked us through all the configurations for seating and what would work best with our kids' carseats. She even helped my husband move our carseats and diaper bags from our trade-in to our new van! She provided customer service above and beyond what I would have expected. I would absolutely buy another car from Valley Honda and Katy in the future and would feel great about recommending my friends and family do the same. We had a great experience. More

I was in the market for a new lease and since I've never leased a vehicle before I had many questions. Katy immediately provided me with the information I needed that was straight forward and easy to compr leased a vehicle before I had many questions. Katy immediately provided me with the information I needed that was straight forward and easy to comprehend. She was extremely professional and very knowledgable of Honda's products. I got a great deal of the 2013 Honda Accord LX Sedan and had all the details before I even stepped into te dealership thanks to Katy.I will definitely recommend Katy and will utilize her services when my lease is up! Recently purchased a CRV EXL 2013 from Nick and Katy at this dealer. I did all of my research online and was going towards the 2012 due to financing incentives. After going back and forth just a few time this dealer. I did all of my research online and was going towards the 2012 due to financing incentives. After going back and forth just a few times via phone both Katy and Nick were able to accomdoate our needs on a 2013 EXL for 10+% under invoice. Not only did they meet our needs, my wife changed her minda at the last minute on the actual color of the vehicle. This is generally not an issue, however, ours was already cleaned up and waiting in the pickup area. Nick had no problem in swapping out the vehicle for our color choice. Great customer service. I have been a Honda owner for the last 17 years of my driving career and will continue to patronize Valley Honda due in part to the incredible experience received by both Nick and Katy. I would also like to mention that they dealership went over an extensive overahaul over the last 2 years and no longer makes you feel "trapped" in when negotiating. Like I said, we did most of our negoiating via phone, however there were a few minor things that needed to be done on site and this was done in the cafeteria area. I woudl highly recommend both Nick and katy as well as Valley Hoda to anybody seeking aboth a great deal and experience in purchasing their next Honda. Thank you More

I wanted a basic car with minimum down payment and low monthly lease payments. Bob Mueller started the process with "exactly" what I wanted, and had Katy Meyer follow up when he wasn't available. Both Bob and Katy were personable and professional. Katy was superlative in again listening to my needs and helping me find the car that would fit my criteria. She is outstanding in my opinion. Valley Honda is a really nice place to visit compared to some of the competition. Everyone was very friendly and the showroom was clean, brightly lit and very "professional." I got what I wanted and more for a price I feel was very competitive and within my expectations. More

Katy Meyer was great. Very responsive without being pushy. Most important, she gave me exact answers to the questions I had, particularly about costs. I have already recommended this dealership to others, and told them specifically to ask for Katy. More

My experience with Valley Honda was a pleasant one. I had never been in a position to buy a car new, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the salesperson Katy was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel intim never been in a position to buy a car new, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the salesperson Katy was easy to talk to and didn't make me feel intimidated or pressured. Came in looking at the 2012 Fit Sport, and that's what I got, they even ended up having the color I wanted to boot. Having only the wisdom of the internet on my side, I expected the finance and insurance office to be where things would go sideways and the experience would diminish, but that ended up not being the case. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Their service facility is also very nice and quite large so hopefully that will mean maintenance trips will be that much quicker in the future. Overall I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone interested in a Honda. More

I usually really hate the experience of buying a new vehicle. For me this experience is not fun. The feeling of not being completely certain of what I want in a vehicle and how much I should pay for it always makes me anxious. However, Katy Meyer and Valley Honda made this recent purchase about as painless as it is going to get for me. Katy answered all of my questions quickly. I never felt, even once, that I was left sitting by myself waiting too long for an answer or being stalled and worn down by the dealership. Katy and Valley did a great job of making me feel that my time was not being wasted. I did visit with the people at Honda Lisle first before arriving at Valley. I was at Lisle for over 3 hours and was left waiting alone for long periods of time wondering "why am I waiting" and "what am I waiting for". Lisle gave me the uncomfortable feeling that they were trying to wear me down. Lisle also attempted to mislead me on the Kelly Bluebook trade-in value of the vehicle that I wanted to trade in on the purchase transaction. Only when I informed Lisle that I had to leave after being with them for over 3 hours because of another appointment commitment did they appear to be concerned about not closing a deal. I asked them if the price quoted was their best price and they said, "yes". I left Honda Lisle that day very disgusted, vowing that I would look elsewhere to purchase to see if I could improve my position. 24 hours later the Sales Manager from Lisle was calling me to tell me that they would sell me a new CRV at dealer invoice and give me the Kelly Bluebook trade-in value for my trade-in vehicle. Obviously, Lisle's best price quoted the previous day was not their best price. So, you tell me, why should I give them a "second look" at my business. Good bye Lisle, Hello Valley. My experience at Honda Lisle should not cast a shadow on my positive experience with Valley Honda. Katy Meyer and Valley did not waste my time. I certainly left Valley with my new CRV feeling very positive about the overall experience and very confident that I purchased the vehicle from the right and best dealership in my area. I would recommend Valley Honda and Katy Meyer to other people without hesitation. In my opinion Katy Meyer is a terrific sales person and Valley Honda is fortunate to have her on their team. She must be a natural born seller as it is my understanding that she is very new to automotive sales. I was very impressed with her focused attitude and obvious desire to cover all the bases and close the deal. I also appreciated meeting the owner of Valley Honda, Bob Navarre, who personally thanked for my business. A nice touch. Job very well done, Katy Meyer and all others at Valley Honda. See you again when I get my vehicle serviced. More

Bought a new Odyssey from Valley Honda. Price quoted in an email request was so fair I did not even argue. Had the color/model I wanted picked out with just a few emails back and forth to dealer. Everything they had promised in the email was delivered when I went to pick up the car, no surprises. Went to Valley at the suggestion of a friend who had also had a positive experience. Dealership is modern and spotless. Picked up the car the next day. Was told about all the optional extras I could get with the car, but a polite no was accepted and they did not try and push anything I was not interested in. It was a very stress free, enjoyable experience dealing with Valley Honda. More
