I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. 2 Civic's and 2 CRV's. All 4 of them have been purchased in large part to the service department. There used to be a lady by the name of Paula who 2 Civic's and 2 CRV's. All 4 of them have been purchased in large part to the service department. There used to be a lady by the name of Paula who I worked with almost exclusively. In the past couple of years I have dealt mostly with Kayla during my visits but have also had David help me on a couple of occasions. I have any and all work done by this service department. They are friendly, never recommend unneeded service, always go the extra mile, and greet you with a smile. Also the work done is top notch, done quickly (usually in less than the quoted amount of time) and at a good price. Often less expensive than going to a non dealer service location. I feel certain that when it is time for my next trade, I will be coming back to Honda of Columbia, and once again servicing that vehicle exclusively in the service department. I can't recommend them highly enough. More

I always get my new cars at Honda of Columbia. Mr Doby is a wonderful salesman. Preston Locklear is the greatest service manager ever!! Clean, friendly, honest, respectful, helpful, went above and beyond very accommodating, communication was very clear about the vehicle and it’s functions, warranty’s was offered that fit my budget, I felt l and beyond very accommodating, communication was very clear about the vehicle and it’s functions, warranty’s was offered that fit my budget, I felt like family!!
