I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. 2 Civic's and 2 CRV's. All 4 of them have been purchased in large part to the service department. There used to be a lady by the name of Paula who 2 Civic's and 2 CRV's. All 4 of them have been purchased in large part to the service department. There used to be a lady by the name of Paula who I worked with almost exclusively. In the past couple of years I have dealt mostly with Kayla during my visits but have also had David help me on a couple of occasions. I have any and all work done by this service department. They are friendly, never recommend unneeded service, always go the extra mile, and greet you with a smile. Also the work done is top notch, done quickly (usually in less than the quoted amount of time) and at a good price. Often less expensive than going to a non dealer service location. I feel certain that when it is time for my next trade, I will be coming back to Honda of Columbia, and once again servicing that vehicle exclusively in the service department. I can't recommend them highly enough. More
