I sent an email concerning the warping of the A Pillar panels on our 2022 Odyssey. It is a common problem (Honda used cheap materials during the pandemic) and should be covered under warranty. The response was, "Thank you for your interest in __________. We have great deals on _________." It was a generic email from the sales staff. Honda cars have gone down in quality and they no longer make repairs under warranty. It is infuriating when you buy a $50,000 vehicle made with cheap parts. More

Repairs made timely and safety check of vehicles is important for long term ownership, allows for future planning of next expenditures to be made.
