Had steps installed on my vehicle. First set didn’t work as they should and parts were on back order. Also some of the wiring wasn’t done properly with exposed copper wire showing. Communication was subpar and was only updated after I initially called. Second set of steps took a day and a half to install with no communication the first day until I called and checked on it. I don’t intend to even get my free oil changes done there. Not impressed. Sales did good and Terry in parts was amazing and communicated well. More

Part of the work was done but I don't like having to constantly chase for updates that were promised hours ago. AutoStar has always been great from Kayleigh at check in to Courtney at checkout. Never a problem in between.
