Management is great. Gulia was horrible. Rude, only cared about the sale, once I wasn’t buying the full package GAP/service I got treated differently by her like I was wa Gulia was horrible. Rude, only cared about the sale, once I wasn’t buying the full package GAP/service I got treated differently by her like I was wasting her time. My car was given to me with an empty tank, I brought it back, the guy took my car for 30 minutes and didn’t even fill it up half way. Who knows where he went. Got there at 9 AM with car picked out as well as monthlys approved everything agreed to and didn’t even start paperwork till the finance people got there at 12. If you’re gonna open at 9 have a finance person there at 10 atleast that’s wild. All the managers were very nice as well as finance. Jesse was cool. But yeah man Gulia or whatever her name was sucked. She’s there to make her money, no customer service no personality. I even had a job offer there but left with such a bad taste in mouth I decided not to accept. Not to be a Karen here but xxxx the dude leaving with my car for 30 minutes to not even fill it up half way after I had to bring that xxxx back was the tipping point. More
