January was able to get us the monthly payment + work numbers to be able to remove most of the negative equity to be able to have a fair number and be able to get into a new Tacoma. We have bought many cars in our lives but this was by far the easiest, most relaxing and positive experience ever. January was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire staff from Samuel, to Torri, to David to Samantha were all great at their jobs, and while we progressed from one step to the other, the lobby, cafe and showroom was a very comfortable place to hang out, with people coming by frequently to offer refreshments, thank us for being there etc. We will definitely tell everyone we know to drop by Toyota of Cedar Park if they are in the market for a car. My husband and I worked with January on our car hunt. I knew exactly what I wanted, but January did provide other options that genuinely did make me consider other vehicles. We ended up going with a slig I knew exactly what I wanted, but January did provide other options that genuinely did make me consider other vehicles. We ended up going with a slightly different variation of the original vehicle I wanted. This was due to January being thorough and presenting all options. We eventually found one that was on the way to this dealership and went through the process to hold the vehicle. We are both completely in love with it.
