January/Chris were great. We had run into roadblocks with our prior car because unfortunately another Toyota dealership threw in some additional things that we didn’t review w We had run into roadblocks with our prior car because unfortunately another Toyota dealership threw in some additional things that we didn’t review well enough and had rolled over negative equity that just didn’t make sense for us to take into another new vehicle. January was able to get us the monthly payment + work numbers to be able to remove most of the negative equity to be able to have a fair number and be able to get into a new Tacoma. The entire staff from Samuel, to Torri, to David to Samantha were all great at their jobs, and while we progressed from one step to the other, the lobby, cafe and showroom was a very comfortable place to hang out, with people coming by frequently to offer refreshments, thank us for being there etc. We will definitely tell everyone we know to drop by Toyota of Cedar Park if they are in the market for a car. My husband and I worked with January on our car hunt. I knew exactly what I wanted, but January did provide other options that genuinely did make me consider other vehicles. We ended up going with a slig I knew exactly what I wanted, but January did provide other options that genuinely did make me consider other vehicles.
