After visiting 4 other dealerships making this dealership our last, Keegan provided a phenomenal customer experience. The Manager CJ helped us with our payoff of our other vehicle we traded In making it eas our last, Keegan provided a phenomenal customer experience. Darrell our finance guy was honest in recommending what we needed for extended protection for our new car. Mack was amazing to work with. Easy going, detailed, patient, and with absolutely no pressure. The no hastle pricing made me uneasy due to not feeling like I got a great deal, but the no pressure and n patient, and with absolutely no pressure. The financing process did take longer than expected due to computer trouble and having to repeat documents.
